Ads are targeted in a radius around the last seen location—5km for Basic, 10km for Plus, and 15km for Pro packages. We optimize targeting to reach people who live, work, or frequently visit the area. You'll see detailed coverage maps in your campaign dashboard.

Can I update the campaign if my pet is spotted elsewhere?

Yes! If you receive sightings in a different area, contact us immediately and we'll adjust the geographic targeting. Plus and Pro packages include daily optimization, allowing us to expand or shift the campaign based on new information.

What happens if my pet is found before the campaign ends?

Accepted Answer

Congratulations! Simply notify us, and we'll pause the campaign immediately to stop ad spending. Any unused budget is non-refundable as poster design, setup, and initial reach have already been delivered. We're just happy your pet is home safe.
